1  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Screen Printing: Discussion and Questions / Lookin for a Good silk screener(s) in Seattle on: February 20, 2007 09:28:10 AM
Hey all!

I'm from washington state, unfortunatly where I live there is a lack of proper silk screeners so my best bet is to look for a biz in the seattle area. I was wondering if anyone knows of any good spots where I can get good job done?
2  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / I NEED CUTE DENTAL SCRUBS!! on: September 14, 2006 07:08:40 PM
I'm 22, and I just started work as a dental assistant. I don't mind scrubs, but I really hate the whole scooby-doo, magic flower-power crap spread all over the clothes. I need ideas on how to spice up some plain scrubbies.
I can't have sequins or anything frilly frilly, but I do want somthing young and fun.

5  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / FIDM - school on: July 20, 2006 04:13:36 PM
I had no clue where else to put this,  but I figured since it relates to fashion.

I'm applying to the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Ca[/font]. I was wondering if anyone knows or knew anyone who went to that school? How did they/you like it?

I really need some info help here, cause I don't wanna throw away $50 for an application fee for nothing.

I recently found out the seattle art institute wasn't even a credited school after I came so close to applying there, until a super nice fellow craftster told me about her expierence with it.  Tongue

So please help a fellow confused fashion/craftster lover here!  Huh

9  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Help with Themed Crafts for Kiddies this Summer on: June 12, 2006 05:51:42 PM
Yeah so here I am again, trying to scrap up some ideas for teaching kids crafts this summer. My partner and I are still at a loss of ideas of what to make related to the random themes made up by our boss. Here are a few of them:

Bring your favorite Toy day:
Clay:
Beads, Bead, & more Beads:
Hippy Hop:

I will say that all this will be taking place outside, so I dont think we'll have outlets or ermmm other accomodations.

But if anyone has any favorite ideas, or somthing they'd be will to share it would help out alot! Wink
10  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Help, need ideas for summer class for kiddies on: June 01, 2006 06:31:52 PM
So I've got 3, 4, 5, and 6+ kids to keep busy with for two hrs a day with crafts. But some of the themes my boss choose are really........gener al, that we have no idea what to do. I'm looking for somthing that will keep the fingers busy, and learn a cool different new project without the risk of somone wanting to eat a bead or get a tanturm because they cannot finish the project. So if anyone has any simple ideas, I'd be really blessed! Thanks!
