4  bibs for baby shower in Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects by CraftMomNancy on: September 11, 2008 01:19:01 PM
A friend at church had her 3rd baby last month. She has a 11 yo boy and a 2 yo girl. She  was expecting a girl but turns out she had a boy. Her older ds was thrilled. He had been praying for a brother. I knew she'd get plenty of clothes for shower gifts last Sunday so wanted to give her something special she couldn't buy so I came up with this idea. Ava and Gavin are the big sister and big brother. She loved the bibs.
The heart looks crooked on the Gavin bib but it's because I has the bibs prooped up on a pillow for picture.

The blue/yellow card in the wallet is a Auntie Anne's gift card

Thanks for the tute. They were fun and easy to make.

7  wine bottle bag in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by CraftMomNancy on: March 01, 2008 03:07:47 PM
I made this bag a few months ago after seeing a post here showing a wine bag. I took it as a gift to our neighborhood ladies Pokeno game night. I put a bottle of sparkling cider in it since wine would have put me over the $10 gift limit.  I thought it turned out real cute. I'll try to find the link if someone wants to see the post that inspired me. Nancy

I made this bag for my Mom who collects doll.I made the straps convertible to go over a walker or shopping cart. There's a slip pocket on front but I matched the pattern so you can't tell. I made her a matching checkbook cover too.Let me know what you think of it.Nancy
