please help help help!

i want to turn an old t-shirt into something cute and want to attempt a cowl neck.

and i kind of know how to do it, but i'd like to be sure.

anyone know how? or know of any tutorials?

i searched tutorials, but nothing came up :[

I NEEEEEED ONE!!! I sketched something out real quick of what I want. And I've been searching and searching but just can't find the right pattern. Anyone got ideas?

the dress would be navy blue with white buttons, belt and anchor.

ok, i make stencils usually out of sketchpad paper. just because its thicker then normal paper.

so i was wondering if there is something else that i could use that would hold up better and not tear.
(i.e. stuff that could be used repeatedly for mass production.)

i was hoping for something almost plastic like just because it seems easy to clean and wouldnt tear when peeling it off my screen.

i would prefer above the knee length and very puffy!


p.s. pencil skirts would be wonderful as well.
