1  Peacock Tail in More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works by PrincessAmanda on: March 05, 2008 08:25:03 PM
Hi Hi...

I'm in my first semester as an art major... and this is the first project i've done that i've actually been proud of, so of course i had to show it off. my only regret was that in order to construct it, i hd to install it in my dirty art room. so the pictures aren't great but... you get the idea. enjoy  Wink

3  Ceramics Portfolio (Lots of Pics) in Pottery, Ceramics, etc: Completed Projects by PrincessAmanda on: August 11, 2007 11:14:53 AM
I've been hesitating about posting my work, hoping to find a niche for ceramics around here somewhere. However, the works keeps on piling up around my house with my family as the only appreciative audience. I'm in the process of applying to art school, so here are some snapshots of what will be going into my portfolio. I haven't gotten around to assembling the actual portfolio yet, so please forgive the poor picture quality on some of the pieces.

Here is my leafy fruit bowl-

My Cloud Bowl

The Iris Vase I made my mom for Mother's Day

The Bowl that reminds me of a tree stump (note the rings)

I'll put the rest in another post so this post doesn't go on FOREVER

4  Re: I <3 My Yippie Little Dog Swap Gallery (Sendouts by: 7/2) in The Swap Gallery by PrincessAmanda on: June 30, 2007 09:07:28 AM
Thanks for posting, Liebschien! You got much better color accuracy than I was able to manage. However, I thought I would follow that up with some pictures of Coco Chanel enjoying her new goodies-

Here is Coco in her new outfit with her new toy-

Here is the reverse side of the outfit (note the perfect fit!)-

And finally, here she is being a zombie for the treats (she especially loves the carrot ones)-

I don't think I'll include an action shot of her poop bag, but it has been very useful on walks.  Wink

I juuuust signed up, and its my first swap, and I'm very excited, so I thought I'd post a pic of my baby. And this had better work because I just spent 45 minutes trying to figure it out and now my excitement has dimmed somewhat. But anyways, here she is

Coco Chanel-
