11  Re: Show off your hair! in Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions by ElvenOne on: December 05, 2005 05:02:20 PM
June and July and part way thru August:::

omg, You are going to totally hate me for this, and i kinda already hate myself for it too. But you look a hell of alot like a younger lindsay lohan *hides*

I only say that cause my sis is obsessed (gah damn PiA stupid sister) and she walked past. Do you get that often..Huh?

So, I really wanna dye my hair again,  Its semi long, sits at the top of my bra strap, and is blac (with alot of regrowth) it also (at the moment) has extremly faded pink purple and accidental green streaks in it (the green was cause i didnt get all the black dye out before i bleached it...  Embarrassed and it reacted with that or the purple dye) anywho, heres the most recent pic of me, (scary I know) anyone have any ideas of the kinda cut that would suit and perhaps some colours... I want it a bit more (at the risk of sounding lame) "funky" but still long... (my fringe[bangs???]) have been cut since then and is inline with my jaw) and i want a new color too.... Any Ideas...??

My fringe actually now covers one eye diagonally across from the other side....

12  (kinda) First Hand Sewn Thing, Wrist Cuff and Ring (**with pictures**) in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by ElvenOne on: November 19, 2005 07:23:43 PM
Ok, so apart from dolls clothes and teddy clothes i made when i was 7 (if you wanna know, they fell apart and looked terrible, and, most of the time didnt fit) This is the first hand sewn thing i have made, The images are kinda dodgy, and you cant really see the detail But... here goes anyway...  Wink

So, this is the both of them together, Ignore my ugly hand... hehe and the really blurry pictures, i think i was too close when i took them, The skull has a little detail on it, it has eyes, which are just knots of black thread and, it also has a small line where its mouth should be, but that was accidental, i didnt mean for it to happen like that, But when i saw it.. I likes it..  Smiley The ring was going to have two diagonal red lines like the cuff, but when i had done the two, it didnt look right, so i turned it into a cross, The ring is sewn into a circle, so it just slides on, But the cuff has two press studs on the back. im thinking of making some more, but with two sets of press studs so the size is interchangeable....

And this is the back of the cuff....

Since I moved and no longer have any of my craft supplies... (( Angry Angry Cry Cry)) This was made out of some old slightly stretchy shirt material, and a really cheap sewing kit (was about $5 and had all diff. colours of thread, needles, scissors, stitch unpicker thing, needle threader, thimbal, pins etc) Was pretty easy to make, all up took me about an hour or so... (well, would have taken that long if i didnt keep undoing the pictures and changeing where i stitched the design)
