I have received!!
Started tearing into my pkg, then stopped, bec.

the pkg!!
LOL
Now I see that it's ok to post the goodies, so will take photos

Ok, here goes!
Each item was wrapped separately & it was so much fun to open everything up!
First, a bag that took my breath away:

The work in this is truly amazing!  (sorry the pic doesn't do it justice)
Next, another bag (can you tell I love bags?):

Thirdly, a great swap organizer notebook....it will help keep my
swaps straight as well as serve as a record over time of all
of the fun swaps I've been in!

and lastly,
a great card-making kit!

I am officially BLOWN AWAY!!!
Thank you so much, kstaron!!

96  Re: I Want What I Can't Craft Swap (Round 2) Gallery in The Swap Gallery by kayrun on: September 30, 2008 05:50:37 PM
Well,
after a couple of camera mishaps, I have finally gotten photos to upload,
so here is the crafty goodness I rec'd from zuliblu!
First,
she crafted me a great handbag out of dotted fabric (my fave motif at the moment!)
that is just wonderful!
Next, I found a great scarf made out of flannel (?) with both appliqued flowers AND a crocheted border!  This has tons of work in it!
There is a darling little octopus amigurumi that just makes you smile to look @ him,

AND......
a wonderful painting that I just adore!

To imagine someone crafting this much on a pkg for me??  Almost brings
tears to my eyes!  Wow again!!
Thanks bunches, Zuliblu!  You are the best!!

Hazel,
I'm so glad you liked everything!
I had fun puzzling out what to put in which category!
NOW.....
on to my FAB package!
I'm going ahead & posting the contents; pics to come when I locate
the camera cord!
I knew I was in for some fun when a big ole box was waiting for me when
I got home from work!
And,
I got:
some LOCALly spun yarn with soap from VA  (made the whole pkg smell like rose petals!)

some really pretty stitchmarkers that are FLEXIBLE-use  Smiley

some SQUISHY yarn (prism by Colinette.... am so excited to try this brand!)

some BLUE yarn (multicolored Ella Rae wool....have seen this online but never had the chance to feel it IRL - - so soft!)

a bag of COFFEE (choc. caramel Ghirardelli ......YUM!!)

some UNUSUAL (darling!) knitting needles, in my FAVORITE size!
(in photo with st. markers)

and last but certainly NOT least.....
sender's choice was some yarn HANDSPUN by Hazel!! HOW AWESOME!!!!  I cannot begin to describe how soft & perfect this yarn is....enough for a scarf!

AND some hand scrub & cream as extras.....
I cannot begin to thank my partner enough...the handspun alone brings tears to my eyes!
oh my!

Well,
I sent my sign-up info in hopes that it will wing its way through cyber-space before the deadline tonight....
I kept thinking I had *so many days left* and suddenly the deadline is HERE!
What's up with that?
I finished my knitting project several days ago, and here is a crappy scan:

Each cloth is approx. 8 - 8.5" square....and I promise to weave in the ends before sending, LOL - - was just in a hurry to scan!
Hope someone will like....
