1  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / YET ANOTHER, Dino Hoodie. (lots of pics) on: February 19, 2006 07:07:22 PM
I LOVED the dinosaur hoodie sooooooooooo much I had to make one myself.
The Back as Modelled by moi.

The front I didn't block my face out because I don't want you to know what I look like, but I really looked bad.

the front again I took this pic

the back unmodelled on my kitchen floor

Thanks for checking it out!

2  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Yet another Jeans to skirt recon (img hvy) on: January 18, 2006 10:43:15 AM
I had some super short jeans. They were a 32'' inseam and I'm about a 35" inseam. They were my absolutely favourite jeans and I could bear to not wear them. So I decided to convert them into a skirt using these instructions:http://www.savvyseams.com/clothing/jeanskirt.php#start

supposedly I didn't use the right type of felt, so the flower will probably fall apart, but I'm very proud of my skirt.

Thanks for looking,

Bryn
3  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / I tried my hand at Lego men necklaces. on: November 01, 2005 10:38:51 AM

This is my Snape necklace. I'm the biggest HP fan and I had the Lego set on my nightstand, but I knew was destined for more.
I hung it on 1mm black leather cord and complimented it with purple with white polka dot beads.

I put the hole through him with a heated large embroidery needle. The clasp is two sliding knots so I can adjust it to a choker or let it hang at sternum level.

Thanks for looking!

4  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / How do I look drowned? on: October 24, 2005 05:19:49 PM
I'm going as drowned Ophelia for Halloween and I'm thinking of mixing blue eyeshadow with face cream for the bace and then accenting it with green and brown.

What do you think?
