I work for an OB/GYN. He is the best boss you could have. He is always commenting on my crocheting (esp the boobie pillows I made). I think he felt left out of the boobie gifting so I made him this scarf. Inspired by this thread: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=197232.0
I finally finished it...the Mary Maxim Breast Cancer Awareness Afghan kit. Nice pattern, learned to filet crochet, but I am sooooo glad to be finished.
A long, long time ago my mother made me and my sis a little baby with a blanket attached. I stumbled upon the pattern and went to ebay to find the faces and hands. Here is the finished product. Yes, she's a little funny looking, but I love her and so does my daughter who will steal her as soon as she's finished.
Here's my attempt at the lionbrand Lush Lacy pullover, done in Red Heart speckled aran. There is a mistake in the pattern which I did not see until I finished it and I certainly was not going to rip it out. It is modeled by my grumpy teenage daughter. Excuse the pajama pants.
Sorry for the link. I'm too retarded to post pictures.
