My sister gave me these awesome jeans a few years ago that I wore so much they started falling apart. I didn't know what to do with them until I saw this challenge. I thought of everything I could possibly do and started sketching this idea out. It turned out pretty much how I wanted it to but I had some difficulty with finding a way to put it on and take it off so I sewed a zipper up the side. The yellow fabric is really light and flowy (which I am hoping is a real word) and seemed to go perfectly. I am very happy with the results which I guess is what matters most, right? So without further ado, my Betsey Johnson Jean shirt...

maybe it's my obsesion talking, but is it modeled after phantom of the opera?..lol. just wondering. it's quite amazing by the way.
It wasn't really modeled after anything because I was just experimenting with it. I love phantom of the opera though.

Are you saying that you put sculpy over styrofoam, then baked it? I always figured something set up like that would melt.
I did not bake the sculpy because I wanted it to feel like skin and when the glue I covered it with dried it gave it an eery skin-like effect.
I'm so glad you guys like it though! Makes me excited to continue doing this stuff.
