i recently picked up a copy of a book called betsy hale succeeds. it's a dark green hardcover with two girls climbing a mountain, embossed in black and gold. i'd like to turn it into a box, but i have no idea how to go about that. any suggestions for materials and/or techniques? thanks!

i am quite fond of mix cd making. i recently learned how to fold my own origami cd cases and i thought it would be fun to share the knowledge with y'all. the following version is made from plain old printer paper, but i think they'd be quite cute made with pages from art magazines or wrapping paper cut to size. so, enjoy!
