6  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Discussion and Questions / notebooks out of board games on: November 28, 2007 04:41:05 AM
Iwant to make  a notebook that you can refill once empty.I thought I would put holes on the spine and put loose leaf rings(is that what they are called?)and  add notebook paper.I think I'll put colored duck tape on the raw edges. I'm thinking maybe eyelets over the holes. Do you think the board  would be too thick? We're on the hunt for a old monopoly game ,the one we have folds in 4's,which won't fit notebook paper once cut. Any other pointers ? I want to make these for christmas ,so I need to get on it. Thanks

Where do you buy your copper tape? And what size do you get,I tried to make these, but i think the tape was too narrow. It came with the solder iron.5/16? Is that a good width? I am just beginning ,I read all 33 pages of the other thread, very helpful. Thanks in advance.Jenifer
