Best of luck!  Are you thinking of a blog or other way to document your DIY wedding crafting?  Do you know what style you would like your dress to be?  As someone who is also struggling financially putting one together, I'm really rooting for you. Smiley

I also must admit, the wording of the pattern left me with such a bad proverbial taste in my mouth, that I was too scared to tackle the project. ;(

I had the exact opposite problem!  I made mine (the regular mohawk with black and pink yarn held together throughout. sounds cool, totally  meh results), and even after vigorous felting - way too big!
