1  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: Ephemera/Scraps/Tidbits Swap? on: October 02, 2013 02:53:21 PM
I might be up for this Smiley I haven't logged onto Craftster for ages but I was just sorting through my box of ephemera (oh who am I kidding, a box of ephemera) and thought of the swaps I did on here before, and how good it would be to do another one to pass on the things that aren't quite to my taste.

Wow, I am so happy for you all! Wonderful packages. I couldn't participate this round because I was moving house, but hopefully if there is another round I'll be in a new house (living at my parents at the moment) in time Smiley

3  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Roaring 20's Yellow Flapper Dress!! (now with Tutorial!!) on: October 07, 2007 07:49:59 AM
I have the same problem. I love the dress but I can't get to your blog.  Cry

Sorry everyone, but I have deleted my blog.  I will try find the pics and put them up here for you all though.

So glad I saved it whilst I could! Do have to remove a dead link on my blog now though.
4  KNITTING / Knitalongs / Re: Wisp from Knitty on: August 11, 2007 05:50:27 AM
I tried to knit this, got to the seventh repeat or something, and ran out of yarn Sad. I think I'm going to have to save that one for another time. I was using scrap yarn...

But I bought two balls of Rowan Kidsilk Spray (like Haze but with colour variations) so I am going to try it again soon!

CHENILLE! PANTS!

WTF?

Oh, but that's amazing. And hilarious. Well done on the pants and well done on the entertaining boyfriend!

8  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: 5"x5" Swap Round 2? on: August 11, 2007 04:51:31 AM
aww, no seriously, I have little talent at visual art, it takes serious time and effort for me! I might have to practice or make the item, then if I think it's good enough sign up for the swap Cheesy

I'd join if I could recover from the awe I am currently in from seeing the round 1 gallery. Wow. I am not talented enough for this swap!
10  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: Paper & Ephemera Swap 6 Gallery on: August 06, 2007 04:13:44 PM
Yay!  Cheesy It's so weird seeing the stuff I sent on someone else's table (although actually I sorted and packed it on my bed).

The funky lady and big cat postcard is one of my favourites in my postcard collection (and I have about 20 of them, it seems!). The robins were actually pulled off a collage I did when I was a kid (the glue had given up the ghost) and I had no idea what to do with them, so I'm glad you're giving them a appreciative home! The frog/toads of the stickers are also on a advertisement poster I've got, they designed them for all different genres of music, it's pretty entertaining.
