My first experience with them was great. My mom bought me a gift subscription and gave me the certificate for it along with the winter issue that she'd bought from a bookstore. Then IK sent me the winter issue too! I emailed them explaining what had happened and they very graciously offered to extend my issue to next winter. I was so pleased since they really didn't have to do that.
But now I'm worried because the Spring Issue hasn't arrived. I know I must be in the system since I've already received one issue. I sent an email and now I must wait... It makes it so much harder to be patient with all of you so excited about the patterns!!!
