1  Cashmerino Superchunky Hat for Nanny in Knitting: Completed Projects by ambrrdawn on: December 18, 2005 02:20:44 PM
This is a Christmas gift for my boyfriend's grandma. I used one ball of Debbie Bliss Cashmerino Superchunky and size 11 needles. It is incredibly soft. Only problem is that such thick, straight yarn shows every little thing, so my woven in ends look crappy. I'm sure she'll love it anyway.

2  Re: Basic Cable from...SNB Nation!!! in Projects from the Stitch 'N B**ch Books by Debbie Stoller by ambrrdawn on: October 26, 2005 10:08:01 PM
I made one too! I decided to take everyone's advice for big headed people and repeat the cables two extra times, but then when I got to that point I realized that it still probably wouldn't come down as far as I wanted. So I had six cables before the decreases. Yep, big head. Cheesy
Here it is:

This is a pretty good picture of the color, purple Manos:

3  Striped Leg Warmers in Knitting: Completed Projects by ambrrdawn on: October 18, 2005 07:27:38 PM
This is my first FO post... I finished these about a month ago but just got photoshop. Last year was my senior year of undergrad college, so I stopped knitting completely after knitting a few rows on these, and this summer I finally picked them up again. I also moved from California to Philadelphia, so now I have a good reason to knit! These were a great stash buster, I used white baby alpaca and black manos.

My friend calls them the Beetlejuice leg warmers.
