Hi Alterna! The face is just a flat clay disk that I made and then painted. Honestly, I was miffed at myself because I wanted to embroider the face on but forgot to do it before I stuffed and sewed and so this was what came about after many failed attempts embroidering post stuffing. *sigh* I'm glad you like it!!

Thanks everyone! I was telling Sunflower that I think I ripped the rays off at least 4 times before I was happy with the spacing  Sometimes my OCD gets in the way of my crafting....

I used a mold for Flora's face as well. I didn't notice how pronounced her lip curl was though  I'm afraid it looks like she's sneering, which was not my intention, LOL. I'm still learning about clay and molds. I really only want to utilize them for doll faces and what-not but I say that and of course will experiment with something else...

Hi everyone! I have 1.75 Dotees finished  so I will be mailing on Monday. Sorry to make you wait but I just keep thinking of stuff and adding and primping and well, I HAVE to mail Monday so they will.  So far they've turned out better than I expected so I'm psyched to send them to their new homes. I know they will be loved!
