Hi Chrisi,
savvyseams is gone but you can find the pattern through web archive.
http://web.archive.org/web/20070316122815/www.savvyseams.com/bags/flower.pdf
and instructions

This bag doesn't hold much. My purse doesn't fit, but a coin purse, mobile and keys would fit.

Spotlight at Rutherford has a better range than the Newcastle store.
The boolaroo store has just moved into the mitre 10 building on main road.
I also heard that Clarksons in Kurri is quite good too.
10  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Tudor Rose Hat / Headband on: January 28, 2011 03:22:06 AM
To get into the millinery course i want to do I have to be interviewed and bring in some works or drawings.
Here is my project:

I made the tudor rose bag pattern from savvy seems and used that pattern to make this. I attached it to a headband, my first thought was it would be put in using a comb but I think this worked quite well.
The smocking is a "honey comb" technique. I original tried diamond smocking, but it didn't turn out at all well.

I initially was going to make the hat with both the large and small petals, but decided to stick to the small only.
I'll probably play around with a bigger one later.

The bag I made: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=370975.0
