61  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Re: Making a shirt--cool phrases needed. on: June 01, 2004 12:17:39 PM
I'm not into phrases on shirts unless they're political, but if I was, here's my googleisms:
Stephanie is pregnant mothermania
Stephanie is the whore of all whores
Stephanie is one of them
Stephanie is gekend in de class (?)
Stephanie is running arms outstretched in haste
62  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Discussion and Questions / Re: giving it ago - portrait embroidery on: June 01, 2004 12:04:56 PM
That's hilarious! I just last Friday printed out a picture of Johnny to embroider a portrait panel! twilight zone....
I'm going with the transfer pencil of photocopy idea. If I start it anytime soon, I'll let you know how it works out (I've got lots of projects going already, so I may finish them before I start.)...
I'll post pics if you will!
63  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Party Planning / Re: Favourite theme party(ies)? on: May 10, 2004 07:36:26 AM
I've been to so many lingerie parties in the past year that I lost count....Those are real fun, and it's great when guys go the extra mile and wear something really skimpy....

80's parties are fantastic, but here's a fun party theme for a few weekends worth of fun...my friends and I had the idea to do 4 parties on different nights...at 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's party...unfortunately, the only ones that came to fruition were the 80's and 90's, but they were great...my friend bart made 4 cds worth of a nineties mix, and since we all went to highschool in the nineties, it was a huge hit...lots of radiohead and pearl jam of course, plus some booty shakin early nineties stuff (anyone remember the "Donkey Butt" song!?!).

I've also heard of "Come as your favorite song lyric" parties. Also, how about Halloween in July? (I'm thinking of having this one, because for 2 years we've hosted the big halloween party, but I'm moving away in August...)
I went to a Johnny Cash party about three years ago (everyone in black...awesome).
64  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Re:ideas for not so much yarn on: April 30, 2004 06:54:22 AM
