1  Sanding/Painting a Chair in Crafty Housewares: Discussion and Questions by melmoomel on: June 09, 2009 07:14:50 PM
Ok so I have this chair I am reupholstering and want to paint it a dark brown, it's my first time doing something like this. I was downstairs sanding and thought to myself do I really have to sand all the way through to bare wood or just lightly? How much would you recommend? Secondly, when I go to actually paint it should I use primer on the chair? And is there any certain type of paint I should use?
