At first I thought this would be easy but I am having a lot of trouble with the measures.

Can anybody help me? To me it looks like a ruffle but somebody mentioned the skirt is in fact pleaded and sewed onto the waist band.

Do you think I should handsew the ruffled/pleaded bits?

At the moment my main concern is how to measure it. I am probably starting all over.

Any help is very much appreciated.

i am planning to make my own blot paper. i am planning on adding baby powder on it, then i will warm it up so it sticks to the paper. does anybody know what type of tissue is the best? thanks!
