2  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Making an A-line skirt (help needed) on: March 12, 2004 12:23:41 PM
At first I thought this would be easy but I am having a lot of trouble with the measures.

Can anybody help me? To me it looks like a ruffle but somebody mentioned the skirt is in fact pleaded and sewed onto the waist band.

Do you think I should handsew the ruffled/pleaded bits?

At the moment my main concern is how to measure it. I am probably starting all over.

Any help is very much appreciated.

4  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re:Naan on: March 02, 2004 12:07:54 PM
i think what makes naan so special is you put more baking soda on it and let it rest for a longer time than french bread.

perhaps if you preheat the oven and a container, switch it off, then put the dug in the container, cover it with foil paper and put it all in the oven, it'll take you half the time.

but on the other hand, i could dry it...
