Ah ha!! I made them again today with a few slight modifications. I firmly packed the brown sugar - last time I lightly packed it. Instead of spinach first followed by dry followed by wet I steamed the spinach and put it and the liquid in the blender and blended until it was very smooth. I then added the dry ingredients and mixed until it was a batter. I baked it in a 9x13 pan at 350 for 30 minutes. They were great! Thank you for the recipe.
