Looks very good.  So that brand of veg cheese will really melt? I've never seen that brand I've never found any that will melt.

7  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Cigarette Butt holder - Needs a name on: June 13, 2009 06:52:07 PM
The art center where I had my last works displayed commissioned my aunt and I to make a cigarette butt holder and this is what we came up with.  We delivered it today.

We didn't come up with a name for it - any ideas??
Let me know what you think.
8  COOKING / Vegetarian / Vegan / Re: Vegan Spinach and Chocolate Brownies! on: June 01, 2009 01:49:53 PM
Ah ha!! Grin  I made them again today with a few slight modifications.  I firmly packed the brown sugar - last time I lightly packed it.  Instead of spinach first followed by dry followed by wet I steamed the spinach and put it and the liquid in the blender and blended until it was very smooth. I then added the dry ingredients and mixed until it was a batter.  I baked it in a 9x13 pan at 350 for 30 minutes.  They were great! Grin  Thank you for the recipe.

I will let you know and will keep my fingers crossed Smiley.  My wife said they were not bad the next day so maybe I just ate them too soon.
