Cut the centers out of records and make them into coasters.

how would I be able to cut out the centers? I just tried with an exacto knife and it didn't even work

thanks a lot you guys those are awesome ideas

i didn't think of putting something personal as the center

also-this person is a health nut, big athlete and her diet is REALLY strict, so no candy etc.

I'm doing a secret santa exchange and I've already made a record bowl for someone...but I kind of want to stick with a theme and I don't know what to add to the gift. I dont mind buying stuff.

This person is 17, a sen. in high school, shes really athletic and stylish

thanks!

5  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Thai Fisher(wo)men's skirt on: October 08, 2005 04:57:44 AM
wow those pants look comfortable and I agree that your kitty is really cute Smiley

I wish I could see a little more detail as to how the skirt is put on (because it's black and you cant see the separate lines too well..it just kinda blends together if you know what i mean) but it looks cool. Very good idea!

they're really great. the water droplets and the morning glory are WOW.

thanks Smiley The water droplets one (with the reflection of grass) was sooo hard to get. My camera is basically a point and shoot camera, there aren't any special lenses or anything so I just got super close and held really still and took a million pics. haha
