I had to make some aprons for my mum and her friend. I'm quite happy with how they turned out Cheesy

No pattern just winged it.

2  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Pretty Aprons get you far on: April 01, 2010 10:21:27 PM
My friend is a baker, well she bakes a lot of sweet treats ALL the time. For her 21st birthday she was in dire need of a decent apron so i got to work on something as pretty as she is.

And she iced her own birthday cup-cakes wearing it

All designs and patterns are my own and this one is easy as!

Much love

Since you are all so inquisitive, Its two ovals and a middle piece.
Here are my measurements but adjust if you think you have a more normal sized head
http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e329/BedBugBites/Pattern.jpg
Then just be careful to pin and sew the middle section to the top of the ovals so it hugs the back of your head and isnt completely central on the top of the oval.
Sew both sides then put right sides together and sew around the edges leaving a small gap somwhere, turn and hand stitch closed. I also hand stitched through the seam to hold them together in the middle.
Elastic loop at the bottom of the ovals, buttons on either side and youre done.

Polar fleece is VERY forgiving and a great fabric for this hat.

I have a Hawian party to go to and along with the Coconut bra i promised i'd wear i needed somthing to go over the REST of me without covering the bra. I came up with this and i quite like it.
I just draped it on the stand and It fits my long body quite well.

All designs and patterns are my own.

Keep being creative! Winter is on its way to me and i cant wait to get into the wool and start sewing more layers and doing more construction, Now just to make room in the wardrobe....Or get a bigger one Hmmm

8  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / PVC Bikini on: March 09, 2009 01:01:29 AM
Well i have this Hawian party to go to, and i promised the birthday girl i would wear a coconut bra. The bra is made but im not wearing it on its own. I nocked this up to go under but i've decided to make another in white because the black is just too dark. Anyway made of stretch PVC, lined with something less shiny and elasticated.

All designs and patterns are my own.

yay for stashing great material!

i love the shirt and agree - the leggings are amazing. are those tattoos peeking out under the shirt? (always curious about peoples tattoos...im a nosey bugger)
Thankyou, Yeh they are my orchids Cheesy Im always perving on other people ink, that bit that sneaks out of their sleeve or under their shirt Tongue

I love the jacket. I cant find the right word but I love how its a businessy look with rocking cheetah print! I don't mean to effand you if I did ^^.

I get what youre saying, not offended at all. Its got a tailored cut, loads of fitting and shaping around the bust but i did it in unconventional fabrics to give it a different look. Thanks Cheesy

I have set myself a challenge this year to actually USE that cool fabric i've been stashing. So lets start here, it was going to be a play suit but after a million fittings i decided im too long for any kind of playsuit(you get that when youre 6').

(and yes i was in a VERY purple mood today Tongue)

-All designs and Patterns are my own (actually made everything im wearing in these photos for once)

Much love
