2  Pretty Aprons get you far in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by Plastic_Venus on: April 01, 2010 10:21:27 PM
My friend is a baker, well she bakes a lot of sweet treats ALL the time. For her 21st birthday she was in dire need of a decent apron so i got to work on something as pretty as she is.

And she iced her own birthday cup-cakes wearing it

All designs and patterns are my own and this one is easy as!

Much love

I have a Hawian party to go to and along with the Coconut bra i promised i'd wear i needed somthing to go over the REST of me without covering the bra. I came up with this and i quite like it.
I just draped it on the stand and It fits my long body quite well.

All designs and patterns are my own.

Keep being creative! Winter is on its way to me and i cant wait to get into the wool and start sewing more layers and doing more construction, Now just to make room in the wardrobe....Or get a bigger one Hmmm

6  PVC Bikini in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by Plastic_Venus on: March 09, 2009 01:01:29 AM
Well i have this Hawian party to go to, and i promised the birthday girl i would wear a coconut bra. The bra is made but im not wearing it on its own. I nocked this up to go under but i've decided to make another in white because the black is just too dark. Anyway made of stretch PVC, lined with something less shiny and elasticated.

All designs and patterns are my own.

7  Re: Purple & leopard jacket in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by Plastic_Venus on: February 20, 2009 06:58:19 PM
yay for stashing great material!

i love the shirt and agree - the leggings are amazing. are those tattoos peeking out under the shirt? (always curious about peoples tattoos...im a nosey bugger)
Thankyou, Yeh they are my orchids Cheesy Im always perving on other people ink, that bit that sneaks out of their sleeve or under their shirt Tongue

I love the jacket. I cant find the right word but I love how its a businessy look with rocking cheetah print! I don't mean to effand you if I did ^^.

I get what youre saying, not offended at all. Its got a tailored cut, loads of fitting and shaping around the bust but i did it in unconventional fabrics to give it a different look. Thanks Cheesy

8  Purple & leopard jacket in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by Plastic_Venus on: February 20, 2009 07:47:37 AM
I have set myself a challenge this year to actually USE that cool fabric i've been stashing. So lets start here, it was going to be a play suit but after a million fittings i decided im too long for any kind of playsuit(you get that when youre 6').

(and yes i was in a VERY purple mood today Tongue)

-All designs and Patterns are my own (actually made everything im wearing in these photos for once)

Much love

9  Yellow tie-dye dress in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by Plastic_Venus on: January 22, 2009 11:41:09 PM
My cousin got married last weekend and i thought i should dress bright and happy because it was going to be a bright and happy wedding. And by bright i mean a warm day, it is summer after all. I tie-dyed the fabric myself (Stretch Cotton Drill), went for the sublte effect by taking off the bands before washing the fabric, i didnt want to look too beach-bum.
Simple cut, new shoes and it was definitely memorable Tongue

(and yes i lasted in those heels, all night. Even out to my favourite bar AFTER dancing at the reception Cheesy)

All designs and patterns are my own.

Much love

10  Black bell dress for NYE in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by Plastic_Venus on: December 30, 2008 12:56:22 AM
Well there is this girl *blushes* and she is going to NYE at my favourite club so i found friends, bought a ticket and then had to make a new dress because its a beach party with paddling pools, sand, everyone in bathers and drinking cocktails.
Ok Im not really chasing her because all my other friends begged me to come and im at The Court most weekends anyway but heres the dress and im so joy about how it turned out. I know it wont help me snag this girl, i'll impress her when we meet up at this 3 day long music festival, camping is my thing!

Im going to have to wear my bloomers with pockets so i can carry my phone and money too Tongue

-All patterns and designs are my own

xoxo Kate
