So, I was inspired by a post here. Someone found a website that had a meat cake. I knew I needed to make this and I finally did for my husband's birthday. I used about 3lbs of a lean beef, and about 1.5lb of ground pork. I would have included some lamb if the store I went to had it ground. I forget what I throw in my meatloaf, it changes every time. I know it had onion and garlic. I did a filling between the layers of ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. The frosting is mashed taters and the writing is just ketchup.
