1  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / Re: Unconditional Swap - December on: December 05, 2005 01:40:24 AM
I live in Ohio,Us
Here are my wishes;

1.I'd love to have a pair of those fairy wings I've seen everyone making. Or anything fairy, butterfly, or dragonfly themed.

2. a shirt or tote bag like this; http://www.cafepress.com/buy/fat%20chick/-/pv_design_prod/p_belleshop.23494176/id_7557017/pNo_23494176/fpt_/opt_/c_/pg_  or this http://www.cafepress.com/buy/fat/-/pv_design_details/pg_15/id_7125105/opt_/fpt_/c_/hlv_t

3. a long black knit scarf for my teenage son, so it should be masculine   (modified 11/22)

A little bit about me, I'm a 38 yr old bbw with a teenage son, and 3 lil mutts( a white chi chi, a lil yorkie, rat terrier, poodle mixed poochie and a  little toy manchester dog she's my spoiled child   ).  I love fairies, butterflies, dragonflies, dragons, wizards, unicorns, anything fantasy.  My fav colors are blue, pink, and purple. I love retro 60's and 70's stuff, the hippie flowers, tie dye things. I love those maribou(sp) feathers I see everyone using, I've looked for them locally but haven't found any yet. And of course I love carebears, looney tunes, my lil pony, and most other older cartoons.

6  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: NEEDED: IMMEDIATE HELP FOR GUMMY MASHED POTATOES on: November 25, 2005 12:48:22 AM
I always use a mixer for my mashed potatoes, they always turn out perfectly. There are a couple of tricks to perfect mashed potatoes with a mixer; 1 as soon as they get tender drain and mash them(a fork should go into them easily) Do Not let them get too soft! 2 after you drain them add only the butter, mix them on high speed until all the lumps are gone, add the cream, salt, and pepper, mix on med until well blended.
