327  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Discussion and Questions / embossing with a blowdryer? on: November 08, 2006 08:18:24 PM
I want to try embossing some stamp stuff for cards, but I don't want to buy an embossing heat gun. Does anyone know if a regular hair dryer would work?
328  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Discussion and Questions / Re: printing on cardstock? on: November 18, 2005 10:27:31 AM
make sure there is no regular paper in the tray that it is grabbing the card stock from. Sometimes that helps mine.
329  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Discussion and Questions / Re: Folders, Notepads, Binders...What should i do? on: October 05, 2005 07:39:29 PM
get 12x12 scrapbook paper with a cool print on it, and have that be the main backing...that way if you don't find enough stuff from magazines it won't be empty. I usually use ones with stars on it...and then i cover everything with clear contact paper so it won't rip when i throw it in my bag

have fun!
