1  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing Machines: Discussion and Questions / Re: Sewing Table on: May 28, 2008 01:44:36 PM
I'm not entirely sure what material was used for the legs. I did however, find the table for $72 rather than the $99-135 range I'd seen is selling for on other sites. For that price, I won't feel too bad if it's a total p.o.s

Once it arrives, I'll post a quick review for those interested.

Thanks! Kiss

Has anyone had any luck with this particular table?

I love the idea of the machine being flush with the table, but my concern is that the table might be wobbly. No luck finding this on the floor at Joanns or Hancocks  Sad

Those turned out really nice! It would almost be a shame to put anything in them and hide the beautiful woodgrain.

6  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Re: first-time FIMO-er (: lot's o jewlery- pretty pic heavy on: June 17, 2007 08:08:43 PM
Those came out great!

I have heard of people's ears "eating" the fimo...like the natural body oils and acids kinda ate up the clay and made it crack.

I wonder if there's some sort of sealer you could put on it to keep that from happening, just in case?
