151  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Completed Projects / Our own bedroom *very img heavy* on: September 25, 2005 10:12:54 PM
Here is my room that I share with my sweet and lovely bf.  We also share this account Cheesy.  Previously we had very blank walls so we put up stuff. Enjoy! Oh, and I apologize for the many pictures in advance.  I am camera happy tee hee.

Here is Matthew's Japanese inspired bookshelf:
I'm surprised it's still standing  Tongue

Here are my curtains that I made to match our previous Mondrian theme (I know it's not really mondrian-ish).  Now our theme is just brown, green, and blue.
The birds and branch design is based on Ai Namaguchi art that we have in postcard form.

Here's my crafting desk complete with janome sewing machine:

Here are some christmas lights covered with folded paper.  It looks kinda tacky but it's up till we find something else.  Any suggestions on improvement?

Matthew's desk inspired by readymade's faux mosaic table:
Our beautiful betafish:
His name is Redford.

Here's more of our room so you can get a better idea.  The board has postcards that are by Ai Namaguchi.

And finally a closeup of those shelves and my army of bears, penguins, and chickies:

any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks!
