Thanks for all the compliments everyone!  Smiley
I didn't really think about the type of fabric I used, I just bought what I thought would look good. Which I learned is a big mistake! The pink fabric I think is a cotton-poly blend, it's a bit shiny and was easy to work with. The brown fabric feels like suit material and came apart like crazy, all these strings kept flying off!
Those are candles in the background, I bought them from Ikea for about $2 or so.
