Oh my gosh I received yesterday but I was doing homework all night so I couldn't post. OK first of all WOW, curlygirl it might not be my birthday but I sure felt like it. so here we go into the land of huge picture posts.
OK hmm where to start, the bag I suppose. This bag is seriously great, I'm into all kinds of sixties Hippy stuff so this is awesome, I love the buttons, I don't know why but I love them.
Modeled by my couch

sorry for the pixalation
Close up

the worst Action shot ever

 OK
next is the pin cushion I think its a pin cushion its the drama faces and I love it
heres Erwin

and on the other side elylle

OK and then as I continue looking into my bag theres a photo frame with a drama themed collage (and a picture from my favorite kids book Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day )

And Then! there was the coolest jewelry

a bracelet anklet necklace and earrings all of which (aside from the anklet) I'm wearing on the First day of school. tee I love everything thanks so much curly girl you rock my drama shoes off.

15  Wine Charms in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General by Miss-Stitchdependent on: July 15, 2006 07:06:55 PM
Hi, I hope this is the correct board if not id be happy to move. Well my moms bday is coming up and shes from upstate NY so her whole family is super into wines and such so I made her charms for her wine glasses. I'm so sorry about the bad quality of the picture. bad camera + MS paint resizing is not a good thing I promise I'll take better picture tomorrow.

I used necklace chain and jewelry wire the wire is attached to the chain on one end and it fold over the other end which makes it adjustable as well. pretty simple but i think they're super pretty the picture dint do them any justice.
Thanks for looking

16  My try at the binder bag UPDATE my lil sis made one in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by Miss-Stitchdependent on: July 14, 2006 06:26:35 PM
OK well I have had Nellypie's binder bag
  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=30581.0
saved under my favorites forever so the other day I decided to try it.
And I've decided to post it on her (with full permission)
So here it is my ska like version of the binder bag.

I bought the fabric in the remnants bin at Joannes for 53 cents  and I decided to cut a diamond out instead of a heart so that ti would match the fabric.

I did my buttons a tad bit differently because I didn't have the right type of ribbon so I cut open two scrunchies and ironed them out and added buttons.
I didn't do pockets on the inside so I decided to use some of the left over fabric (which there was a lot of) to make a pouch for my stuff

it's the first time I've ever used a zipper that wasn't going straight it bends with the corner of the diamond.

horrific hand stitching. (my machine is well out of service at the moment.)
so what do you think not nearly as great as the original but things hardly ever are Grin
Miss-Stitch

ok my little sister and I made one tonight.
First heres her modeling it

now heres our lovely stove trying it out.

and ehres a close up of the buttons.

I like heres better than mine.
thanks

17  my tye dyed shosies in Shoes: Completed Projects by Miss-Stitchdependent on: July 14, 2006 11:06:09 AM
Hi guys and gals, this is my first endeavor in the world of foot coverings. And guess what I actually like my results. OK so I Had a pair of ultra beat up black chucks and I wanted to try and save them, but I hadn't seen the posts for turning them into Mary Jane's (darn bad timing) and I couldn't stand having another black item in my closet. ( I went through my meep in middle school and all I wore was black) so being the hippie that I am anymore... I Tye dyed them.

Front

Side B

Action Shot! (my little bro is the best model)
So there you have it if you guys want a Tutorial for the dying process just ask I.

PS a meep = Mean Emo Eratic Phase we all have them growing up so I'm sure you know what I'm talking about.

19  Pearl! and I'm not talking about Mr. Crabs' conspicuous Daughter in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by Miss-Stitchdependent on: July 09, 2006 05:56:13 PM
teehee OK the title says it all (no not that I spend way to much time with my little brothers). Pearls! I went ot a yard sale and found a ton of these white fake pears from like the fifties so they have beenfinding their way into my crafts ever since but I still have a ton left and ten sadly when my little sister 'borrowed' my pink pearl bracelets they broke Cry so I knew they needed to be reincarnated into something much cooler so with out further ado I bring you my Pearl Line
The necklace which is also a reincarnated peice of jewelry
  A super simple hair pin
a bracelet
  and earrings
The earrings are what started the whole craze and proved to be the most difficult I used metal wire (18 gage I think) and it wasn't thick enough to splice the thick to melt or anything so I had to knot it. and now my fingers are super sore. but yeah thats the line I want to do more but the only other piece of jewelry I can think of is an anklet so I'm starting on that tonight.

20  Organization (at last) in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by Miss-Stitchdependent on: February 13, 2006 02:15:06 PM
Hey all.
Sorry it's been so long since my last post but enormous musicals do that to you (Darn you Aida darn you back to the homewrecking land of Nubia you came from.) But in what spare time I have had I managed to make this.

It's made out of the jewelry gift boxes. I took the clear see through part and poked fairly even wholes into them and on the side for danglies. And I use the box itself to hold up the see through part, and to hold random thingies.

And this is a random box with separations for bracelets they have poke-a-dots on them because my whole vanity does. (I'm a dork).

thanks for looking.
