i gotta keep this thread alive, i totally agree, i need new ideas, martha's got some good ones. i sometimes buy the mini ornaments for the mini trees and i add them as attachments to balls of stringy ribbon.

hi i made this for my friend's baby shower on the weekend. we don't know the baby's sex so i went with yellow, and she has an elephant themed room, so hence the elephant. and here is a toy i made and cupcakes.

i saw this as a wedding favour,its hot chocolate with marshmallows and sprinkles, but it could easily be made as a christmas present maybe with a mug and christmas sprinkles. here's the pic:

i was looking at some tree skirts and they are ridicuously expensive, 40 dollars? ya, i don't have that dough. my tree is silver and blue, if i buy fabric, do you think its worth it, or in the end will it come out the same??

as well, i wanted to iron on some snowflakes on blue fabric, but is there a method or fabric that i can iron on to fabric where the snowflakes are fuzzy, like you can feel them. lol, i don't even know if understood what i wrote, hopefully someone does.
(it may be called applique? not sure, i don't have much experience in that area)

any suggestions?
