It's a little crazy because I think she had A LOT of fabric left. But it's a cute idea.

there was a zipper deficiency.

I love the buttons! I think sometimes when you don't have all the supplies you need you end up coming up with something even better.

You should definitely be proud. (And I don't think a puddle would hurt it too much.)

This is the yarn I got from one cashmere sweater. (Minus the skein I dyed purple.) I dyed it with blue Kool-Aid.

You can see the balls that I wound before giving up on untangling this mess.

And here's the cuff I made with it:

It's about as simple as you can get, but I wanted something quick and easy. I love how soft it feels against my wrist.

I still have tons of this yarn left. So I'm going to do a few more cuffs and then maybe a few pairs of baby booties. And maybe I'll try to knit my first pair of socks...

Does anyone else have any ideas for projects?
