1  My son's halloween crib bedding. in Baby Showers And Gifts For New Babies by rumrasin033003 on: August 08, 2006 10:42:59 AM
We're all about some halloween at our house! Here is the crib bedding I made for my son ( the sheet was store bought, I made the bumpers and dust ruffle.

Here is a closeup of the print of the fabric!

I used a simplicity pattern. The number escapes me, but I posted the number in another topic on this board...so if you're looking for a pattern yourself, I had really good luck with this one!

Thanks for looking!

Gosh, she is JUST BEAUTIFUL!!! and your work is great!! Thanks for the ideas!!!

Congratulations... Smiley My little girl is 12 weeks old *gush*

I am in Aus and it is summer here - so I made lots of A-line dresses in newborn to 3 months, though she is little and they will last a while longer yet...

Below is what she wore christmas day - the dress is an a-line dress with ribbon on the hem.  The jacket is kimono style and does up with ribbons and is trimmed in ribbon. The fabrics are christmas ones and have gold stars on them - the same pattern - but one is cream one is red.

I also made cloth nappies/diapers...  I love them and they are funky!!

I've made funky trousers/jeans too...  these were so easy! and I get lots of comments when she is in them!

oh - and I made a longer a-line dress with a tie on cape as a welcoming party dress Smiley

There are lots of thigns you can do...I am about to start a Nappy Bag/diaper bag as I do not like the one I have...

4  mary jeans...er, mary janes! in CHALLENGE 7 ENTRIES by rumrasin033003 on: November 06, 2005 06:33:46 AM
Here is what I came up with: a pair of cute mary janes out of my husband's old 80's acid-washed jeans. Hope you like 'em!

Sorry I didn't take any pics while I was making them, but the soles have heavy cardboard inserts to make them a little more durable.

6  Halloween treat bag table. in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by rumrasin033003 on: September 07, 2005 10:20:27 PM
Well, the theme in our home is Halloween/horror(what can I say, we met because my husband has a hearse). I had an old table that I almost threw out, but when I found these vintage-looking treat bags I was sooo glad I didn't !

I cut the treat bags apart (the backs didn't have images) and used craft glue. I put a few coats on top after they were all in place.

The table was yellow before I started, so I got lucky there, because the colors "worked" together. This is actually a project I did before I found craftster (and I am sooo glad I found craftster  Wink )

Ok, that's about it.
