31  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: The Breakfast at Tiffany's Swap Gallery on: August 19, 2008 12:41:17 PM
I received from the talented and delighting Luinecu!

Please see the picheavy goodies below, which are mine!...... (calming down) ahem... as follows:

My own copy of Tiffany's! and it is so pretty matched beautifuly by yes:

This is so well made, down to the vinyl? eyelashes and I slipped it on then slipped into bed and couldn't help giggling, it is so out there and good for putting a smile on your face while sleeping.

A really cute keepsake box of:

This looks so good and even has a smart bookmark coming out of it, in case you can't tell it is Paul Varjak's promising "Nine Lives"! she even added the Penguin logo! My sister thought it was a real book!

An adorable and really touching (she researched Smiley ) addition of 2 chokers & earrings which I adore and I am wearing the pearl choker right now.

And le piece de resistance, this so cute dress from a Vintage 60's pattern, it's soft to the touch and looks ahhhh Smiley

Thank you very much Sophie, I am so glad you're my partner Smiley

Goosegoose, such thoughtful items and I'm sure the notebooks took ages- v. chic ipod case, what a cool idea!

Dayzi, I like everything down to the Tiffany box packaging. Freakishly similar style to mine on a couple of your items (teaser) but your execution is better! This gallery has already set a high standard.

and Luinecu, I'm sure I'd adore anything your talent makes Smiley

I adore that choker it is so rustic and complete, not normally a key wearer, but it looks so good on!

Scooter, very original and individual choker, I like the combination of pendants you used as well.

Talyra, it would be great to get an action shot of that draping chain choker, what a cool idea to use a camera lens too. I'm glad that two girls who appreciate metalwork came up with such different approaches, congrats.

On another note I will be doing a marathon feedback tonight, God willing and I must say, everyone deserves a glowing positive so far, well done girls.

Sounds good to me, a few extra days for my painted project to dry is an absolute good thing! haha

Did you experiment with the swirl drip effect? That's the only paint method I know that takes ages to dry.

Last clue (I think) my partner's items are being wrapped up and she wil NOT be receiving any artwork Wink it's all practical and tifflicious.

Coolest swap ever....

How adorable is Coco-mac's red lace choker and so different to the silver blue one too, and you brought sweets!

ClaraOHara's are very cute too and modern, I think the bitten apple is fun and it's not surprising how much attention it's getting.

Anya Kase Rocks! Not only did she have 2 partners...but she also made each of us 2 chokers!!!  Grin Somebody give that girl an award or something!

You said it, Anya kase produced such variations and the pink swirled one is lush, it really suits you I sew cute.

Hoxierice, I adore and want that choker, so Victorian and pretty and beyond what I did, way beyond... the beading is gorgeous too.

I agree with Anya kase, everything is different, my cup runneth over....

That's an adorable idea and you put so much thought and effort in to it.

Could you please tell me what sort of paper cutter gave you the curved corner edging on the cardboard?

Thanks and God bless your marriage!
