14  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Resin bracelets on: January 23, 2006 11:26:16 AM
I am so in love with these! Can't seem to get Envirotex in the UK, so I have been using some other brand of resin and I'm having a few problems making it set and be all lovely and shiny like yours. I will master it, oh yes...
15  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Resin word earrings on: January 23, 2006 11:24:05 AM
that's brilliant! I can't believe you don't even need a mould - i was faffing about for ages with ice cube trays and stuff, but it never turned out quite how i wanted it. I'll try your method!
16  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Earrings&Bracelet (from broken jewelry) on: January 23, 2006 11:21:58 AM
these are so cool!
I read an article once about a company that gets you to send in broken jewellery and then they'll recraft it into something else, except they re-set stones and do metal work and stuff like that.
But yours is great!

19  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: YET ANOTHER woven magazine purse. on: January 23, 2006 11:15:29 AM
these look so great - I have made a few now, but I must admit I'm having problems breaking needles...I really wanted the lining to be sewn in for a more professional finish, but once the needle goes through all that paper and tape and stuff it always breaks lots of times! Has anyone got any better ideas?  Cheesy
