11  PACMAN MOBILE! in CHALLENGE 38 ENTRIES by imxriotxhere on: May 05, 2009 07:32:30 PM

Sorry it took so long to post, couldn't afford batteries! Cheesy Haha! I also apologize for the picture quality, I really suck at that... A new camera would be GREAT about now!

Oddly enough, the stores were CLEARED of eggs the Monday after Easter, So I had to wait for some to show up in the thrift store. Blah. The wait was really sucky, especially since I had an idea in my head already and then didn't know if I could even attempt it!

Step one: Remove the pointy end of the egg and use razor blade very carefully to make curves for ghosts.

Step 2,  draw them some eyes, and hang 'em up like they be witches!!

Ta-DA! I love it!!!!
Thanks for lookin'!

This is my first challenge, please tell me what you think!

12  Re: Post Photos of Your Tattoos! in Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects by imxriotxhere on: April 03, 2009 11:16:59 AM
This is my favorite that I got yesterday, the day after my 21st!

This is a quote from Neil Gaiman's Sandman, said by the Endless Delirium. My favorite character. It was either going to be this, or a very child-like font saying "and the woman... she's making little frogs", but this one can be understood by a lot more people. Lol.

And just for kicks, this one is my favorite tattoo so far, as I drew it myself.

13  Cardboard organizer- Pizza box in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by imxriotxhere on: March 27, 2009 08:34:46 PM
The only materials I didn't have at home, I went to a couple dumpsters and got for free. The rest was all together and too easy to find. I just had to try it.

I've been looking recently at a lot of cardboard furniture. There are instructions on Instructables here: http://www.instructables.com/id/Cardboard-shelf-for-groceries/  The following is my attempt.

Made from: Two pizza box tops (back looks like front w/o drawers), Speedway hot dog boxes, e6000, electrical tape, and masking tape to hold while drying. I smelled the boxes before I took them. I had hoped they'd smell like pizza. Or hot dogs. But they just smelled like cardboard. Oh well.

I had a lot of fun with this! It's a great off and on project for a day that you don't have a lot to do. I probably took about 4 hours all together to do this project.

Little Caesar's pizza reminds me of my boyfriend, who happens to be looking longingly at the pizza in one of the pictures, unintentionally. It's a gift for him, so I left it unpainted. It's more meaningful to us, I suppose. He liked it quite a bit:)

Careful, though! It's flammable!

Thanks for looking:)

Here's what I've made so far for her to look at.

I can't wait to find out what she thinks!

btw, her dress and decorations are all ivory, white, and navy. She has pearly plugs in her bottom holes, but these are for her second holes.

19  Glowing shoes-- new pics up. in Shoes: Completed Projects by imxriotxhere on: June 12, 2006 10:12:01 PM
Bought these as RED (yes, red) Converses at a thrift store for 1.99. Turned them into my new work of art.

The green paint is glow in the dark and pretty much everything is lines with clear glow in the dark fabric paint. Last night, my pictures were dark and really shitty due to no natural lighting, so I redid this post.

Any comments or criticisms welcome!
