1  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / leaf-t (pattern by kitschy-kitchen) on: June 22, 2006 05:45:52 PM
so i finished this a couple of weeks ago, but because i've been moving and changing jobs and what not, i didn't post it.  Anyway, i absolutely loved this t-shirt when i saw kitschy kitchen's original post...which by the way, seems to have gone missing, and i was thrilled when she posted her pattern.  the pattern can be found on her blog http://www.knittingschooldropout.blogspot.com

so, my gauge was off and it's a bit big, but short, because i ran out of yarn, but i am happy with it anyway, and it looks nice on.  i'll probably make another and make sure my gauge is right.  i used classic elite "premiere" in tidal wave.

many thanks for this great pattern!
2  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / nothin' fancy, but still pretty darned cute... on: September 25, 2005 03:45:33 PM
ok, so i made this hat for my friends 1 1/2 yr old daughter.  it was supposed to be a bunny or something but i just changed the ears and made it a kitty.  cute right?  well, the boyfriend saw it and said it looked like it had alien antenna's.  lol.  so what do you think?  should i make another or give her this one?  (pink baby aliens are cute, right?)
