I'm going to the borders breaking dawn premiere party, and there's a costume/twilight shirt and accessories contest. I totally wanna win, and I think I'm going to go for the *twilight shirt and accessories* part, because there really is no costume you can do. Any ideas? 3  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / I wish I knew how to draw......... on: April 09, 2007 04:26:44 PM
As you can obviously see I am NOT a good drawer, shader, and all other things that went into this picture. I just felt like drawing someone and chose Jaime Camil as my subject(due to my obsession with La Fea Mas Bella). Please, anyone who can help, give me ANY tips! Criticism VERY welcome!
My drawing:

I just did this with normal computer paper, pencil, and black colored pencil.
4  CRAFTING FOR GOOD AND NOT EVIL / Crafty Charitable/Social Causes / Jr's Dream on: March 30, 2007 01:22:50 PM
One of my best friends Grandpa has terminal cancer and his last wish is to go to New Mexico. Her family is planning on a road trip there for the summer, they're going to rent an RV and go. My friend and I want to raise money for this and don't really know where to start. I was thinking about selling crafts on line explaining the cause, but I don't know what I could sell. It's sad to see my friend with tears in her eyes in the middle of class and I really want to help her with this. Please Help!
5  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Discussion and Questions / Bottle Caps on: November 23, 2006 10:50:09 AM
I tried searching for instructions and stuff, but it seems as if everybody's more preoccupied with selling than sharing techniques. I have some beer bottle caps my cousin collected for me(he's a bartender). I want to make some jewelry out of them but don't know where to start! I don't really want the resin filled ones, just plain old bottle caps I paint turned into jewelry.

Thankyou in advance you craftiful craftster crafters

9  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Pom poms and tassels Oh my! on: December 23, 2005 04:26:09 PM
These are Christmas hats for my 2 nephews and 1 niece. I think they will love them Grin Grin Grin. If they don't I'll  Cry Cry Cry

The tassel one is for my niece (9 months) The 2 pom pom one is for my nephew (4 months) and the 1 pom pom one is for my other nephew (2 years) They're a little big, but at least they'll get to wear them for a really preg_replace('/(.{19})/', '$1 ', 'loooooooooooooooooooooong') time.
10  CRAFTSTER CRAFT CHALLENGES / Craftster Craft Challenge Theme Ideas, Etc. / CD's:old, aol, virgin, etc. Your Choice! on: December 18, 2005 01:01:23 PM
What if we make or decorate something out of CDs! They don't need to be a specific type of CD(even though I don't think you'll use that brand new CD you just got), just something with CD's. I've seen bowls, frames, mobiles, etc.etc.I think it would be a great challenge.
