12  Yo ho. Yo ho, A pirates life for me in Polymer Clay: Completed Projects by iampoison on: July 18, 2007 01:01:51 PM
I got a request for pirate coin earrings and these are both my prototypes and the results of making them ^_^
-Made with polymer clay
-Antiqued with acrylic paint
-Boarder added with Photoshop CS 2

I may make more of these. They're pretty fun.

Little fact about "pirate" gold:
The printing process that made them was very irregular. Many coins were imperfect. I thought that was kinda awesome. ^_^

Yo ho!

13  Tea Time (I hereby dedicate this creation to teapotdnky) in Polymer Clay: Completed Projects by iampoison on: July 18, 2007 11:38:20 AM
Here is my latest charm. A tiny teapot!
-Made entirely with polymer clay
-The accents were painted with acrylic paint.
-Boarder added in Photoshop CS 2

I am pretty proud of the teapot it's self but tea cups are very very difficult. I am going to practice those for a while. I think the teacup pictured is horrid (it looks more like a mug). I also couldn't decide if I wanted to frost the tiny cookies but most tea cookies (or biscuits as they are also called) are not iced.

After I made this I put teapot and teapot together and decided to dedicate this mini charm to craftster's own, awesome, teapotdnky. Whose mini clay creations inspired me to pick up clay and make my own charms ages ago when I first joined this site. ^_^  Grin

Okay here we go. ^_^
I got the chance to have a nifty personal swap with the awesome Frozenboogereatr where we listed random likes and items we enjoy.
We started this in June I think and due to both of our personal lives getting in the way it seems like it took forever for us to send. So we're both really anxious. ^_^

Here are the items I sent her:

1-a crochet hook/craft supply organizer roll (in various black and white fabrics)
2-Some black and white polka dot fabric
3-A matching headband (tie in the back kind) in black and white music note fabric

4-a French themed shadow box (all items are velcroed on and can easily be rearranged, replaced, and moved.) I also included different items to go inside that are not pictured and velcro.
5-Rainbow duct tape wallet
6-A fun little note with a list of all the stuff inside.

-Cute Button Earrings

-A polymer clay camera charm bracelet

-Cute little pizza stud earrings

-A set of tiny sushi stud earrings and matching adjustable ring

-A Strawberry Rhinestone Zipper pull

On top of all that I sent her a bunch of cute stickers and some extra polymer clay food charms I had made.

I hope you like all your items Frozenboogereatr ^_^  Grin

16  Tutorials up the wazoo! Plate+Sushi Cane+Breakfast in Polymer Clay: Completed Projects by iampoison on: July 09, 2007 09:54:18 PM
**PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT TO POST MY IMAGES OR THIS TUTE ON A BLOG/WEBSITE!**
I'd like to have a link to all the places where this tutorial may be featured. So please just shoot me an e-mail at kittykat477@yahoo.com or a PM here on craftster before doing so. Thank you very much.

Okay everyone. I have been a busy little crafter bee and made a bunch of tutorials for you.

-Plate
-Breakfast
-Sushi

PLATE:

BREAKFAST:

Sushi Cane:

Sorry about how wonky they look. They were each one long image and I had to break them up into smaller images and then post those separate. That's because the craftster board changes images that are too big. Which is why these images were resized again and apear wonky ^_^;;

Enjoy. I hope you share what you make with this.

And here are:
-The pink letter I sent with an image from NANA on it

what tools and techniqies did you use to make the nude sculptures. i love them and want to try out something similar.

I used basic clay tools. I bought this kit:

Mostly I used my fingers to smooth the clay and I used the pin tool for fine detailing. I hardly ever used the metal rib because I would cut myself horribly when trying to get the clay off of it.

19  Sketchbook Organizer/Craft supply Organizer for little cousin's 11th B-day in Completed Projects by iampoison on: May 24, 2007 02:55:28 PM
MY little cousin loves turtles so I picked up some adorable turtle fabrics and whipped up this little Sketchbook Organizer/Craft supply Organizer  for her to carry her crafts in. Just like me her supplies are all over the place.

CLOSED:

I used Velcro to keep it closed and left extra room for when it is filled with crafty supplies

OPEN:

With Sketchbook in it's respective pocket. It reveals all the pencil/pen/paintbrush pockets and larger pockets for stickers and whatever she has around

I then got a sketchbook and painted the cover to match with acrylic paints

FRONT COVER:

BACK COVER:

I broke the post up so her other gifts will be found in these threads:
-Strawberry Earrings: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=172323.new#new

20  Tiny Turtle Tote for my little cousin's 11th Birthday in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by iampoison on: May 24, 2007 02:48:58 PM
MY little cousin loves turtles so I picked up some adorable turtle fabrics and whipped up this little tote for her to carry her crafts in. As well as act as a gift bag for all her presents I made. ^_^

It has a tiny pocket in front with a snap closure. There are no pockets inside because I made her another gift with tons of storage space.

I broke the post up so her other gifts will be found in these threads:
