181  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Completed Projects / Re: My new bedroom. Let me know how to decorate it more!! IMG heavy on: September 17, 2005 11:41:56 AM
It looks great so far.  I would think about painting the wood furniture.  I would add some kind of painted border around the ceiling in colors that you like.  Maybe a blue ribbon or vine type of thing.

Excellent job!  They are very vintage-y and cool!
183  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Re: Sesame Street Sheets --need ideas on: September 13, 2005 07:32:51 AM
I have some Sesame sheets too, that I can't decide what to do with.
I was thinking of making pillows out of one, it's got most of the monsters playing instruments.  Or maybe pajamas?  I hope you post what you make.

This company manufactures the make it bake it suncatcher kits
http://www.quincrafts.com/
I was addicted to making those as a kid.
There is also this cool book from the early 70s
http://www.alibris.com/books/
isbn/0801961815%200801961823/Cooking%20Crystal%20Craft

I have this book and it has some neat and cheesy ideas for crafts.
I know I paid more than this site is asking for it.
Good luck.
Toy stores sell the kits some times.

I have a friend that carves awesome wings out of foam rubber.
Her deviant art page is here

She is also on some cosplay board, but I don't know which one.
Good luck with the wings.
The costume looks great so far!
