Try Lacey's on Queen (in office building across from St-Mikes Hospital) Thats where I bought all my jewellery displays. They offer them in plastic and leatherette. Plus there's ring stands&boxes, bracelet bars, earring stands,etc.
You do not need a vendor's permit to shop there (but if you have one of course bring it along to avoid paying the PST)

Yes, I agree on the poor bead selection at Walmart! Is there a Micheal's Crafts store in London? They have a way better selection compared to Walmart and sometimes some of it goes on sale.
If not, if you can make a day trip to Toronto there are plenty of places to shop for beads, all on the transit lines. The best place (and my favourite!) for deals in bulk and for findings is Arton Beads on Queen West. On the other end of Queen (way east in The Beaches area) there are 2 bead shops...ones called Created by me and I forget the other one's name. There is also The Sassy Bead Company at Yonge and Eglinton.

Here's my take on the One of A Kind Craft Show if you have never gone before:

I like to go to just look around and get ideas. (the jewlery is my fav)
If your hungry when you get there, go to the food section first for yummy samples.
Bring a water bottle, there's free spring water coolers throughout the aisles.
Expect some high prices since the rate for a booth rental there is mega $$$.
The xmas show is usually bigger then the spring one. (I prefer the xmas one myself)
Obviously weekdays are not as busy/crowded as the weekend days.
Check out the Barbies Basement Jewlery booth: last year I bought a funky ring that says "Crafty" and they have the neatest belt buckles!

Have you tried visiting the Gift-Pak warehouse in Mississauga? It carries lots of packaging supplies. But be warned: its hard to walk out of there without any chocolate goodies, haha!
