the swan was from a vintage earring. i looked desperately in the container of random trinkets in the thrift store for its partner, but i couldnt find it :[










I love rings. and i love anything indian inspired. so I put an indian bindi on a ring. prettyy!

"red rose potion necklace"


necklace made from a gorgeous vintage fan brooch.


i lovelovelove this. it's made out of wire and beads, but i covered it with a plastic-like liquid so when it hardened, the beads were adhered together...if that makes sense? haha.


either way it turned out cute.


reminds me of the summer time.

This is my first time actually posting pictures of my jewelry. I usually just go around and comment on other people's posts. But I decided to share what I've made, just because. Hopefully it'll inspire some one else!  Not to copy everything exactly obviously [i hope not] but just inspire their own original ideas. A lot of everyone's work has inspired a lot of my ideas, even non jewelry related.

Shooting Stars...I thought of this idea while I was sitting in my Philosophy class one morning haha. When class was over I practically rushed to my dorm to make them. :X ((The pink and black parts under the stars are like this metal mesh so it moves around like cloth or whatever. It really adds to the whole shooting star thing!))

My personal fave.the idea for this kind of developed by accident! But I was really glad the idea came to me. I later started thinking of different variations while sitting in Bio class last October. haha.

(i made one for myself and while at dinner with my boyfriend and his friends one day, our friend Sean [who's like 5 years older than me] interrupts everyone's conversation and says to me across the table: "IS THAT A LEGO AROUND YOUR NECK?!"...I was like, um, yes. He didn't seem to understand why I'd do such a thing. Haha. Us crafters do crazy things i guess!)
