1  Chilly Down - Labyrinth t-shirt in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by brittastik on: November 10, 2006 09:09:21 PM
I painted this t-shirt for my friend's birthday. I scanned it, and then completely forgot about it for months.

If you don't know what this is, or what it means, well then I'm sorry, but you just haven't lived life to the fullest.

2  ipod nano cozy in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by brittastik on: October 01, 2005 04:14:44 PM
I just got my Nano this week, and already there are scratches on it!  I was sad, and seeing as the cases I ordered aren't due to arrive for another week or so, I had to improvise, and fast, before I ruined it.  SO, I started with a perriwinkle (I had no choice in colour...) shammy, you know, those things that are meant for washing your car?  I cut it up, and made this little baby, it needs some work still, and this is the 4rth one, it took me that many to get it right because I'm dumb.   Tongue

These pictures are misleading, because one of them is flipped, but the flap is actually on the bottom, where the headphone jack is coming out.

3  My first attempt at the hipslinger in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by brittastik on: September 19, 2005 07:59:59 AM

I love that material, my mother bought it before I was born I think.  And I used one Caribener (I still cannot remember how to spell this word...) instead of two.

I used this lovely tutorial, although mine isn't as good, I plan on making some changes to the design before I make another one.

4  Birthday Isabeau Purse in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by brittastik on: August 22, 2005 05:39:27 PM
YAY!  Cheesy This is my first post on crafster, although I've been reading and watching for a while now...creepy...

I wasn't sure what category to put this purse under because it has a few different elements.  I made it, sorta, from a pattern I found on someone's blog, although I can't remember the url, so I'll just say thank you to Sylvie Damey.  I didn't really follow the pattern very closely, only the lace pattern and the closure tab.  The main body of the purse is knit with 100% bright blue cotton that dyed my fingers and hands, the lining on the back is an old pink bedsheet, the button is made from sculpey, and the handle is two lengths of ribbon sewn together.

The purse is for my friend Ilichna's birthday, I hope she likes it, I kinda strayed from her usual attire. Undecided
