61  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Faerie-Dot Jean bag on: December 03, 2005 07:15:14 AM
This one was quite fun to make Cheesy. I used a really small pair of jeans though (i think a kids size 14) so It wouldn't quite work as a school bag. Just an extremely big purse with and extremely thick strap, that I'm in love with Cheesy haha.

I forgot to take a picture of the inside (doh!) But the lining is the same fabric I used for the strap. I used buttons, tulle and rickrack to decorate ^_^

errrm.. craftster isn't letting me upload any photos at the moment. So I'll update later when it feels like being nice to me.

I was thinking that the reversible one should cost more. Because, well, it's reversible haha.
But I dunno. What does everyone else think??
63  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / polka Dots! ♥ on: November 12, 2005 06:37:31 PM
I made this a while ago (probably a week). I love that polkydot fabric. It's all faded out because it was a thrift shop find. I think it was a blanket coverer...thing. so I got ALOT of it Grin hehe

front...as you can probably tell haha

Lining shot. isn't it pretty.

Manic Doodadz Cheesy  love making my own tags...

what do you think?
64  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / plaid + olives = reversable! (mucho pics) on: November 12, 2005 07:01:12 AM
My newest creation! It started out as a regular Jordy-like bag. But when I was down to the final touches, I fell in love with it inside and out. So I made it reversable Cheesy

Plaid side

Olive side (I'm not really sure what they are...but they look like olives to me Smiley )

The closeur - It took me a while to figure out how I was going to close it, now that it was reversable. So I came up with this! I need to fix up the edges tho.. it started to fray Sad

Manic Doodadz - I love making my own tags. It's fun since I can do it a different way each time  Cheesy

Wellll, what do you think?!
65  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Turtle bag! [sorta pic heavy] on: October 28, 2005 05:14:05 PM
ok, I am deffinately in love with this turtle corduroy fabric that I found at a thrift shop. So far, I've made 3 things out of it; my school bag, a little jordy bag, and a wallet.

School Bag [made it about a month ago and fell in love with it ]
strike a pose  Cheesy

Jordy bag with flap [..6 hours of hell.. But it turned out well in the end  Cheesy . The lining is this blueish green velourish fabric...such a hell to sew with.. it kept falling apart  Cry .But well worth it. hehe] tutoria: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=32204.0

66  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Pokey dots!! ((photos!)) on: October 11, 2005 01:21:38 PM
This bag was fun to make ^_^ It was one of those impulse things haha. I would make a tut if I wasn't so damn lazy...but I am. so.. I've already sold this bag ((go me!)) for 8 bucks. She was my first customer and all, so I gave her a discount  Wink .and I really didn't know how much I should sell them for (any ideas?) Oh, and it doesn't have a strap because you can use different scarves and things so it's a bit different each day  Smiley

<< says Nurotic (my brand name type thing) ...not many people can figure that out  Cry

well tell me what you think!
67  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Frilly Billy O_o on: September 03, 2005 01:02:27 PM
I made this purse for my friend Katie. and it turned out girlier then I'd wanted haha. so I attacked with permanent marker and safety pins, but i stopped before I really killed it O_o
I planned on making a tutorial for this (cause I was that bored) but... I kept forgetting ..so I didn't take a lot or pics ((oopsies!))
well...tell me what you think ^_^

oh yah, snaps = evil. the instructions made NO sense at all, so it took me two hours for a 2 minute job ((laughs at self)) .. ok thats all  Cheesy
68  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / I know you know that I know - your dumb (reconstructed!! ^_^) on: August 31, 2005 03:48:32 PM
Reconstructed another shirt Smiley but I forgot to take before pictures...again. haha
this shirt was huge on me (a mens medium) ....I hate fixing sleeves...I really do. haha. it's so annoying. a pain in the red monkey.

69  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Guilty of reconstruction! on: August 22, 2005 01:10:03 PM
I had this shirt laying around, and I never wore it. So I decided to play with it. This is my first project...that I actually finished haha. Sorry I didn't take before pictures...but I guess I just got too caught up in the moment hehe

The black mesh used to be the sleeves...and I had to hand sew a lot of it because my sewing machine loves to try to eat my materials  Undecided

Well I hope you like  Cheesy
