1  Bird on cardi in Sublime Stitching Embroidery by theresa24 on: August 14, 2011 09:55:56 AM
I wanted to put something on clothing for myself- so I stuck with a pattern I know I felt confident  with. Got a lot of complements on it when I wore it.

3  First tea towels-Free Hand Flowers in Needlework: Completed Projects by theresa24 on: August 05, 2011 02:39:19 AM

Did both of them free hand without a pattern. I am really proud of the black eyed Susan. The pencil came out with some tide pens.

I wanted to try my hand a quilting but didn't want to spend a bunch. Found this fitted crib sheet at the thrift store- and had some old sheets that got eaten by moths-

My son loves it-

7  My First Wraps in Knitting: Completed Projects by theresa24 on: April 11, 2007 12:58:44 PM
I've been hesitant to knit wraps because they are not something that I ever wear. I wanted to make some nice parting gifts for professors and I figured that these would be quick and easy and nice.

9  Nothing makes sense hand warmers and socks (w/ free pattern link) Lots of images in Knitting: Completed Projects by theresa24 on: March 08, 2007 09:59:12 AM
Nothing in my life is logical so thus I felt the need to knit something that didn't make any logic either.

The pattern and details are on my blog:

ETA:
These were so successful that I wanted to knit a pair of socks to match. I made the cuffs match so that you could hide the non matching ness if you wanted to. They were knit entirely in one day of walking around Seattle. (See the picture of me and George Bush to prove it).

10  new born socks (with free pattern link) in Knitting: Completed Projects by theresa24 on: March 04, 2007 07:15:51 PM

I wanted to make a pair of socks for my friends 9 month old. They turned out a bit to small for him thus I think they would be the perfect newborn sock pattern.
