I have been trying to sell these dolls but have had more luck with the pattern.  I was wondering if the doll is priced too high? (the dolls are $40 each, they are nine inches tall)
I never sold one made with this pattern (i did sell two that were $30 and my first test dolls that didn't come out exactly how i would have liked) and they were posted for the 3ish months etsy has.  I haven't re listed because i am taking some time and making some new stuff to begin again in Sept after my oldest son goes back to school.

I made these last week and am pretty proud of them! ...all my own pattern with obvious inspiration from amigurumi style crochet.

i dont have girls, but i made a cute baby pillow with a lamb from a baby quilt my mother-in-law gave me that was from when my husband was a baby.  (the quilt is nine embroidered squares alternated with yellow gingham...kinda quiltish)
i used the quilt square as a pattern and re-embroidered onto a piece of sheet.

ahhh...my first post. i took this picture a looong time ago and just never posted it..or anything for that matter.  i think next time i will embroider the bird on before i complete the bag.  duh.

I am trying to come up with some original baby shower invitations for a shower this winter.  I had one idea for a baby carriage on the front of a flat card...simple.  (I dont know how to explain it better...it was just an idea)

If anyone has printing suggestions, ideas for a theme, original ideas, pretty much anything you can think of.  I dont know what the baby is yet so,  colors and themes are limited.   Definitly looking for something more creative.
