I got a band shirt at a show last night that was a small. The guy told me the shoulder length is the same but the length is just longer.

He lied.  Sad

I need the shoulder seams to actually lie on my shoulders, and I also wanted to make it a little tighter. Only problem is the design for the shirt is halfway up the shirt to the side like this:

Any ideas on making it fitted because I don't want to ruin it, yet I don't like the way it fits.
