1  KNITTING / Knitalongs / Re: Cable Luxe Tunic KAL? on: October 06, 2007 06:57:48 AM
Yes there is an error in row 11, I have written to Lion Brand but say that there is nothing wrong.

BUT THERE IS, it should be 1 LC and 1 RC instead, I have to do the yoke all over again, didn't compare to the picture before it was too late.

Thank you for your fine words.

The pattern is very easy and absolutely not boring to knit.

I only had one error in my pattern and nothing that I couldn't fix myself.

So go for it, it is a fun, easy and fast project.

Here is my Silk Ribbed Lace Corset by Annie Modesitt all done, I think it will be a succes.
Now I just need some sunny days here in Denmark instead of rain.

The yarn I used was from Lve Garn, Luna 50% cotton and 50% bamboo, I used half a size smaller knittingneedles and knitted one size larger. I didn't make the buttonholes instead I sew in the buttons through both layers.

I was thinking of knitting, clothes etc. Not drugstores.
8  New York / New York: Central / Not knitting - but I need help - question about New York on: April 18, 2007 09:02:55 AM

I know this not anything about knitting, but I don't where else to ask the question.

Hope this is ok!

My husbond and I are thinking about a trip to New York, but we don't know anything about opening hours in NY.

I hope someone could tell me about saturday and sunday, and some good tourist advices.

Thank you

Very beautiful!!!!!

I have never read the book, but I have seen the movie and the series on television.

I liked the television version best.
